Halloween Extravaganza: October 29th

This year’s Halloween is filled with spooky activity: a Halloween-themed snack, a costume contest and...who knows? Maybe even a really nice decorative gourd! Here's a little further information:

Costume Contest (9/26 - 11/2 for submissions)  
Winners will be selected for the following:
  • Most creative
  • Best group costume
  • Funniest photo

Note: All costumes must comply with UG dress code policy, and Operations team members may need to change out of their costumes after photos if they do not meet the warehouse dress code.
Department Decoration (Can get $ stipend as early as 10/12)
If your department is interested in decorating, please select a representative. He/she will get $25 from Anita for decorations. Please keep all receipts.
Instead of Photo Walls this year, interested departments can get an additional $25 to create a photo op. Wall space and idea must be approved by Anita and Lauren.

Trick-or-Treating (10/29 from 10am - 2pm). Candy will be provided.
Managers, please select a department representative and notify Anita by 10/12. Representatives will hold onto the candy and pass out Halloween bags.
Trick-or-treating takes place from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Visit your neighbors to scare up some goodies!

The NARS Foundation is located less than a mile from the Brooklyn Army Terminal and runs several events and tours for the community. The gallery section is open Monday-Friday from noon to 5:00 pm, or by appointment.
