Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!

Here at UncommonGoods, we have a Single-Stream Recycling Program which relies on us separating our waste between the blue bins and the black bins.  Additionally, we have compost bins available in the B-side break room and the A-side kitchen area.

B with Us: Ben & Jerry’s and New Belgium Collaboration

Fellow B Corps Ben & Jerry’s and New Belgium Brewing have partnered to release limited batch ice cream and ales. They plan a larger release if demand is high. The collaboration of the two B Corps speaks to B Corp values as they jointly partnered with Protect Our Winters to raise awareness for reducing the effects of climate change (with a portion of the proceeds from the ice cream and beer to be donated to Protect Our Winters). Within 5: Lunar New Year Celebration in Sunset Park

On February 14 at 11:00 am, The Brooklyn Chinese-American Association is sponsoring a Lunar New Year parade on 8^th Avenue (beginning at 50^th Street and heading North). Continue to celebrate the New Year/ Valentine’s Day by enjoying some of the city’s best Dim Sum.
