Lie the Secrets of the Visitors of Green-Wood Cemetery, which
invites you to unburden your most intimate secrets onto paper and deposit
them into the earth below through a slot on a marble obelisk of Calle's
design.
Calle herself will be on hand
to receive some visitors' secrets, and will return periodically over the
next 25 years to exhume and cremate the secrets collected in her absence.
If you wish to keep your secret to yourself you may deposit it directly
into the obelisk on inaugural weekend or any day thereafter.
