401(k) Retirement Saving Plan

If you've been with us for 12 months of consecutive service and have logged over 1,000 hours on our team, you're currently eligible to enroll in the UncommonGoods 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan! Our 401(k) plan allows you, as a team member, to set aside a percentage of your pre-tax earnings each payroll to save for retirement, thus reducing your current income tax liability while both your contributions and earnings grow tax-free until distribution. You are eligible to contribute up to 90% of your salary, to an annual maximum of $18,000 (rate set by the IRS).

UncommonGoods 401(k) Plan Contribution Matching Structure:

• 100% match for the first 3% of a team member’s pre-tax contribution
• 50% match for the succeeding 2% of a team member’s pre-tax contribution
